Compliance

Our school district is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and staff. To achieve this, we provide staff training through the Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety Care® curriculum. This program emphasizes the prevention of dangerous behaviors and effective de-escalation strategies. Staff are trained to use physical restraints only when there is an imminent risk of serious harm to the individual or others, and no other practical options are available to maintain safety. Restraints are performed with the utmost care, prioritizing the safety, privacy, and dignity of the individual involved.
