Kid Zone Program
Kid Zone is a fee-based child care program at Castroville, Echo Valley, Elkhorn, and Prunedale Elementary Schools. At Castroville Elementary School families may qualify for free child care services through the State General Child Care program.
Students enrolled in Kindergarten through 6th grade may enroll in the Kid Zone Program. All enrollment is conducted at the Kid Zone Program Central Office.
Enrollment in the General Child Care program at Castroville Elementary School is based on income and need for child care. Required documentation enrollment includes:
- Proof of Immunizations
- Recent physical examination results
- Proof of family income
- Birth Certificates for all children in the family
- Proof of need for child care
